Group Personal Training (GPT) at IGNITE FIT means training with a maximum of 6 other participants under the guidance of an experienced personal trainer.

Training with others in a group is a great way to stay motivated. However, if the groups are too large, the trainer can’t respond to individual needs. This often leads to incorrect exercise, injury, improper loading and lack of fitness results. Therefore, at the IGNITE.FIT GPT, the group strength is limited to a maximum of 5 participants.

Pilates

In Technical Training Level 1 you will learn the most important techniques, such as squats, press and deadlifts from scratch. This training is aimed at both absolute beginners and advanced users who want to improve their technique. With this training, you create the basis for an enduring optimal fitness with minimum time commitment. As a training tool, we use the kettlebell in this unit. Regular kettlebell training means:

The Kettlebell Strength Training Level 2 Training is the perfect connection to our Kettlebell Level 1 training. Here you apply the techniques you learned in Level 1. If you already master the techniques of squats and deadlifts, you can go straight to level 2.

With this training you will lift your fitness in the shortest possible time to the next level and bring your body in the perfect shape.

Strength is a skill and as such it must be practiced. If you want to be strong, you have to keep your repetitions below 8. Anything more than that is bodybuilding.
